Originally from Venezuela, he holds a law degree and specialized in Civil, Administrative, Criminal, and Family Law. Throughout his career, he has worked as a legal advisor for public institutions, litigated before the Supreme Court of Justice of Venezuela, and founded a renowned law firm.

Since arriving in the United States, he leads IDM Multiservices, an office focused on providing services to the Hispanic community, including immigration support, tax preparation, and document services. He continues to expand his knowledge through advanced studies in U.S. Immigration Law, with training at the Immigration Institute of Florida and an ongoing certification as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
